Dr. Hart earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston and completed his internship and residency at the University of Texas Affiliated Hospitals also in Houston. Dr. Hart is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics and has been on staff at Ochsner since 1994. He also serves as the Chairman of Primary Care Specialties for Ochsner Health Baton Rouge. His expertise is in the area of non-surgical diseases of adults and children and his professional interests include hypertension and diabetes mellitus. He practices at Ochsner Health Center - Prairieville.
