Antonya Williams received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. She later completed her Doctorate degree as an Adult-Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has been on staff with Ochsner since 2018. She is also certified as a Critical Care Registered Nurse by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. Prior to joining the Ochsner family she spent over 9 years as a Registered Nurse with expertise in critical care, flight transport, and nursing professional development.
