Dr. Sorensen was raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the Des Moines University in Iowa. Following graduation in 2014, he moved to New Orleans to begin his Podiatric Surgical Residency at Ochsner Clinic Foundation.Dr. Sorensen's clinical interests include diabetic limb salvage, wound care, sports injuries relating to the foot/ ankle, and foot pain of any kind. He is board eligible by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine & Surgery as well as the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
