Mary M. Brignac is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree from The University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2006. In 2014, she graduated with her Master's degree from Louisiana State University. She works with head and neck oncology patients throughout all stages of cancer including initial treatment and surgery and cancer surveillance. She also runs the dedicated Survivorship Clinic for patients who have completed their treatment. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Mary worked as a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Ochsner. She has been an Ochsner employee since 2007. She joined the Head and Neck Surgical Oncology team in 2014.
