Lisa received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. She then earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Loyola University New Orleans. Prior to joining the Ochsner team, Lisa obtained experience as a Stroke Program Coordinator Nurse Practitioner and a Clinical Research Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified through the American Association for Nurse Practitioners. Dawn is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Association of Neurovascular Clinicians, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the New Orleans Council on Aging.
