Dr. Nazneen Hussain was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University where she completed her major in biological sciences with a minor in sociology. She then moved on to complete medical school at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport and remained there for her postgraduate training of residency in internal medicine and gastroenterology fellowship. Dr. Hussain now moves back to her hometown to establish her medical practice.
