Dr. Lindsey Xiao, a native of Louisiana, has recently returned home to join Ochsner from a private practice in Long Island, New York. She earned her Podiatric Medical degree from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. Following graduation, she completed her residency training in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, including reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle, in Pontiac, Michigan and served as chief resident. She then completed her fellowship in Podiatric Dermatology and Phlebology at Cosmetic Dermatology and Vein Institute in Lake Orion and Riverview, Michigan. Dr. Xiao practiced General Podiatry in Flint, Michigan before moving to Long island, New York.Dr. Xiao is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Her clinical interests include benign and malignant skin lesions and wound care, including burns, skin flaps and grafts.
